House was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Great space for a large family with room to spread out. We love being beside the beautiful creek.

The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again.

Hidden Gem in Narrows, VA

Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining. The house has an in-line water heater which was nice! The location is 45 minutes from Winterplace ski resort and about a 15 min car ride to most retail restaurant establishments. Do not count on delivery coming to this location though! The creek and long back deck was a pleasure to take in the sights and sounds. We had kids aged 4,5, and 7 and we felt safe at all times. The property is huge but it has only been partially cleared - again this was not a big issue. Access is good with a non 4x4 vehicle (unless it snows). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.
