Nice people who did not follow through

We arrived at 6:30 PM, having been in communication with the owners all afternoon long to let them know a specific time. When we step through the door, there was absolute chaos in the house. It was not ready. There were mops and brooms everywhere. We couldn’t even get into the kitchen because of all the junk that was in the way. The ladies were frantically trying to get it done,We went to get a bite to eat, and came back at 8:30-ish. House was still not ready. We said to them “we have got to get some sleep. We’ve been driving all day long”. I asked if we could just go to the bedrooms. Well, they weren’t ready either. No sheets, no towels.(And by“ No towels”… I mean NO TOWELS. They literally were no bath towels in the house. The lady said.”Well, We always bring our own towels on vacation”What the what?!?I was told by the main owner that we would be refunded for that evening. It never happened, and it’s been over a year.Find somewhere else to stay.

The interior of this property was one of the cleanest and neatest at which we have ever stayed as was shown in the photos. Very comfortable. The hosts were helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The exterior (which was not shown on the listing) unfortunately needed to be cleaned up. The access path was nearly blocked by an overgrown bush and a pile of old mulch was at the front of our parking space. There was really no area for appealing outdoor seating. Although the neighborhood was neat and quiet, this exterior of this property was not as well maintained as its neighbors. The hosts were so nice, it is difficult to say anything negative, but guests need to know what the outside looks like.

Inexpensive, immaculate, and lovely

We were looking for somewhere small to house us for a few days at the beach, and this fit the bill! Jaye was so welcoming, accommodationg, and hospitable. You wont be sorry.

Great Narragansett Stay

This 2 BR 1.5 bath condo was a great selection for our family's stay in Narragansett. The place is very clean; beds are comfortable; and kitchen is extremely well-stocked. Truly it is a home away from home. We met the host Jaye and she was very thoughtful and generous. I highly recommend this location.

Lots of personal attention

If you wanna stay in vacation rental where you have a lot of communication, face-to-face, and via text messaging with your host then this is the place for you! The owner, Jaye, lives next-door and is always willing to give a recommendation or to hook you up with any needed supplies that are missing. The walk down to the river is nice and the neighborhood is quiet.

Amazing host

I can't say enough about Alyson and Jaye. Despite a hiccup with vrbo they went above and beyond to make everything right. They made sure our weekend went smoothly, thanks to them it did. From ensuring we were all set with house to giving great information on restaurants and local events, they were a fabulous host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely book with them again.

One last vacation

We rented this duplex to beat the holiday traffic and get one last vacation in before school started. The hosts were very warm and accommodating. We just needed a place to lay our head and get in a little bit work and lots of play.

Great location and host

Perfect spot to stay for our URI move-in. Jaye is a gracious host and communicated everything we needed to know throughout our stay. I didn’t realize I needed to bring bath towels as they are not provided, but she was kind enough to lend some to us. Extremely accommodating, thank you.
