Beautiful Narragansett beach house!

Beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom, vacation home on large corner lot. Plenty of common area including two living rooms, bonus extra kitchen area, and bar area. The outside offers a large deck with a grill, large yard and outdoor shower. Most imporartly, very short walk down to Scarborough Beach!

Quiet neighborough with basketball courts and a park a short walk away. Very short walk to Scarborough Beach.

Perfect!

The house was perfectly situated within walking distance to Scarborough Beach. It's a great neighborhood and overall the house is cute. There's basically two, separate living spaces complete with a kitchen and it's own bathroom ( two bedrooms in each space) so if going with another family it's nice to have separate spaces. Everything is simple and clean but needs updating. It's not like super "new" but it's priced right and you have everything you need for a great stay. Property manager is available and helpful if you need anything.

Wonderful vacation!

Just back from our wonderful week at the house with the family. The layout of the house is great. We have 2 adult (20's) daughters and the two levels worked out great since it gave them some privacy. And the deck was wonderful for the family all to hang out and also to have our meals. We ate at the house a few days and the grill is great and very relaxing on the deck. The location is great, only about a 10 min walk to the state beach, which is a really good beach. No charge to walk on, which was great. And the hosts were great, responsive when needed, but really nothing urgent needed. Thanks very much, we will be back!

Great beach home hands down!

The place was very clean, we loved two different living areas, it has a great yard for family fun! Within walking distance to Scarborough beach (about 10 minute walk) easy access to everything. The home manager was very quick to get back to me before and during our stay!! I would definitely love to stay again!!!
