Lack of power points by beds. No milk or creamer so we were glad we took some. Noisy kids Christmas night…..running around outside our room yelling to one another and banging doors to rooms all well after 10pm. My elderly mother was quite distressed and couldn’t sleep. If it had gone on much longer I would have called the police. For older people there needs to be hand rails in the shower so they don’t slip…..not user friendly for the elderly. Staff friendly.

Basic basic room old and worn. No room service from Friday to Monday so rubbish bags filled in room as no bin close to Room 15. I ended up ambulances to the Naracoorte Hospital as I’d been bitten by fleas and had a reaction. Not happy at all if you’d like photos of the flea or bed bugs and irritation most happy to send.
