This is a nice new hotel with a cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Pool is nice and has lots of spots. Can walk to boardwark on the water. Not much else in the area you can walk to but close drive to many Naples attractions. My room had a problem with AC but they sent someone right away to fix it. Would stay again.

I loved The Perry Hotel at Naples. It has a convenient location close to many dinning options. I enjoyed the pools and the resort services. My only comment will be that the front desk people need a little more training on what the hotel offers

We lost electricity 3 times and couldn’t get ready! We then switched rooms and the fan made a terrible noise. The property was very pretty and clean. A la cart gets expensive! Coffee should be included!!

No full service breakfast. for a hotel that is a resort hotel it should have a Full service breakfast and food served until 11:00pm or midnight. This is suppose to be a resort hotel.

Everything about the property was really good. But disappointed about the breakfast situation, as they really don't have a full service breakfast restaurant and that was not good. We had to go to another Hotel that had great breakfast food/buffet and we would have rather spent the monies at the Perry Hotel but it was just lots of loss revenue for the hotel and an inconvience to us as guest because we had to find another hotel that had good breakfast food. Also the restaurant only serves food until 9:45pm Not good again.....

Celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. We stayed a couple of nights. The hotel is new every aspect is done with taste with quality furniture. Hotel staff was helpful. Special thanks to Woodie at the pool bar. Highly recommend before they raise their price because this hotel will jump class.

Very nice new hotel, near Mercato and the beach. Spacious rooms, modern decoration, helpful staff. We will go back! The only negative was a group of guests playing their loud music at the pool area, blocking the nice music the hotel plays. Sadly, some people feel the entitlement to turn up their boom box speaker, for everyone to hear. Hopefully The Perry Hotel will add this to the pool rules.
