The den has a futon for extra sleep space and a desk for remote workers. Includes 1 parking spot and parking for guests. Washer/dryer in unit. Wifi, cable, water and electric included as well as many other things to make you feel at home. Spectacular lake view from the oversized screened in Lanai. Heated Community pool. 9 min drive to the famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Minutes away from Mercato, shopping, restaurants and fabulous night life.
