Before we booked read reviews and they said how helpful hosts were. We only saw them when we checked in. He lifted our suitcases 2 steps and was gone!! Tried calling and they never picked up. Had a lot of questions. Even though apt. was newly remodeled there wasnt a window and very small. I would never go back!!
