This house was everything it promised. Great area, plenty of room, beautiful pool and the host was wonderful. Always answered our questions and made it very easy to be away from home.

Lovely Home

Home is as pictured and very clean. Quiet neighborhood with nice amenities; tennis, pickleball. We really enjoyed the private pool. Great communication from owners

House was clean inside and out neighborhood was beautiful. Short drive from the beach and restaurants. Owners were helpful and responded quickly with any questions. 10/10!!

House as advertised

We enjoyed the neighborhood, with basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, it kept our teenagers busy. The pool table was a lot of fun for our family. Pool deck had an area to sun next to the pool and the pool was heated and very warm. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again!

Week Stay At Briarwood

The house was clean and functional. Nice house to rent with young children. We did notice poor quality in beds, lack of pool towels, and poor communication from the host. We have been coming to this area for over ten year and enjoy the Briarwood neighborhood, however some small investments into the property such as beds and towels would go a long way.

Well maintained with great location!

We loved our stay at this house. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed shooting some pool! Tried out the neighborhood pool, pickleball and tennis courts as well which were nice to have close by. House was very clean and had a lot of space for 6 of us. We enjoyed the short drive to downtown Naples 5th Avenue several times and the location was also convenient to Marco Island for some daytime boating! Heated pool was a must this time of year as it got chilly at night. Gated entry to neigborhood was nice….just plan ahead to ensure your guests can get in. Close to Naples Zoo as well. Would stay here again for sure!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber ! Das Highlight im Haus war ganz klar der Billardtisch ! Die Ausstattung hat ein paar Schwächen. So sind beide Duschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vorhänge sind 3 geteilt und lassen sich nicht vollständig schließen. Die Küche und der Aussenbereich waren nicht vollständig gereinigt, besonders die BBQ waren zum grillen nicht geeignet ! Der Pool war durch sehr große Palmen und Gebüsch eingewachsen. Das hat uns leider die Morgensonne genommen. Im großen und Ganzen haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt !
