Location was great. Near everything I wanted to see…. Spanish quarter and near the water. Little hard to find, the entrance to the apartments are inside the shopping area. They were easy to reach with questions, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the middle of city life.

Massimo was very helpful on arrival and sent us many tips for sightseeing and eating. The apartment was just as described and in a perfect location for exploring Naples. The view of the castle was great too! Amenities were great.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Thank you! The bathroom had a bad smell, and even keeping the fan working continuously didn't help. Also, a few amenities such as tissues and sewing kit would be nice.

I stayed at Napoli City Center – Appartamenti e Camere and overall had a really great experience. The apartment itself was very nice, extremely well located, and clearly well maintained. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. You honestly can’t beat the location — it’s just steps from many of Naples’ most famous attractions, including the Spanish Quarter. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast. Instead of a typical hotel setup, you get vouchers for a coffee shop right next door. It ended up being a highlight: absolutely delicious and a truly authentic Italian café experience. The only real downside is the elevator. It’s a bit of a nightmare — it only fits 3 people, requires either €0.20 per ride or the fob provided by the host, and waiting 10–15 minutes is common. This is absolutely not the host’s fault; it’s the building’s system, and the host does their best by providing the fob. Just be aware and plan extra time. There are stairs, but the apartment is on the 11th floor, which isn’t practical for everyone (I have a bad knee, so it wasn’t an option for me). Overall, I’d still recommend it for the cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location — just make sure to factor in the elevator situation when planning your comings and goings.

We were greated personally on our check in night and was accomodated with secure underground parking (extra 30ĕ) but happy to pay and be safe. The condo unit is brand new and it has everything for a few days in Naples including a complete kitchen, living area, tons of towels, washer and so much more. The neighbourhood is great and walking distance to iconic places to visit in Naples. Breakfast is a short walk around the building at a Cafe for a coffeee and lovely pastry. We would definately book this again.

Great communication with Gennaro. Easy accessible, location was nice, safe and clean. Easy walkable to the main attractions. The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony with amazing view over the city of Naples and castle.

The guy who metbus was very nice and helpful, he showed ua the apartment and kept in contact throughout the whole holiday. The apartment was a good size, veey clean and in a perfect place to explore Naples by foot.

Lovey room, Marilena met us and took us up. Room modern, great bed,pillows , towels and strong shower. She was available and answered questions right away and suggested local dining spots.
