View of the pool and the lake from 6 sliding glass doors in the living room and 2 sliding doors in the bedroom. Home has all the amenties you could need, such as new fluffy white bedding, bath and pool linens, stainless steel appliances (w. convection/built in airfry oven), a Jura (super automatic) coffee maker, a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. 55 inch Smart TV's w/ sound bars in living room and primary bedroom. Smart TV's in other bedrms & lanai. Gas grill in pool area. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, cardio equipment located in the 2 car garage. All just minutes to Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach (along with many other area beaches). Home is sparkling clean! Owner is a hotel industry veteran and knows what it takes to be comfortable when you are away from home.
