This luxuriously appointed attached villa home is located in amenity-rich community of Marbella Isles in North Naples! The one story home is a three bedroom floor plan and shares only one wall with the adjacent villa to the right. A screened lanai at the back offers tranquil lake views and is comfortably furnished with a lounge set and TV. Both the primary suite and one of the guest bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in storage. Marbella Isles is a beautiful gated community where you will feel like you're at a resort every day! Amenities include a community clubhouse, resort style pool with cabanas, hot tub/spa, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, basketball, billiards, a playground for children and more! The property is conveniently located near North Naples restaurants, shopping, and is a short drive from the pristine white sand beaches.
