False and not enough pictures and very little information
This place was in a rundown area that had homeless people hanging around. The ad said newly renovated but inquired if there was a full kitchen as saw no refrigerator in pictures and was told cleaning crew was there til 4pm if we got there early to put our things in the garage. There was NO garage or house numbers. Knocked on neighbors door and was told nobody has been the unit while she was there and no cleaning crew was there. Owner did not tell us until 4 pm how to enter using a lock box. Place was dirty took lots of pictures. Texted him about the couch was different than pictures and was broken down. After I texted him he told us we were being picky and to leave the premises immediately. This was around 5 pm. Nowhere to go so got a hotel room and didn’t returned. Called VRBO several times and was told they would find us another place. Got disconnected so called several more times to discuss this. After getting nowhere was told to contact owner which I did. After I call he told us to leave. I sent him a picture of couch and he texted me back that because I didn’t like the place we damaged it. Told him it was not the couch in the pictures. After that I left him messages as he refused to call us back. Even VRBO tried to contact him and was told he wasn’t answering your calls also. After sitting in kitchen for 2 hours trying to resolve this problem I was using my computer the Wi-Fi was cut off. VRBO said to resolve this with owner but can’t with no returned calls. So we left.
