Walk into this very modern and open layout and be greeted by tons of space and light. Fully equipped Kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, coffee machine, blender and provides all the necessary utensils for cooking delicious meals and a dining table for four both inside and outside. Living room has plenty of comfy seating and all is open to the screened in lanai with a gorgeous lake view.

Master bedroom provides a King size bed, walk in closet, double vanity, and walk in shower along with its own TV connected to cable.

Guest Bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet and TV connected to cable, own bathroom provides tub/shower combo.

Rental includes use of 2 bikes, beach chairs & cooler.

Crown Pointe is a wonderful family community and a great place to call home.
