Publix and Whole Foods across the street. 1.5 miles from Vanderbilt Beach with public parking available. Beach chairs and umbrells included. I’m Walk, bike or drive. 3 bicycles included. 8 miles from downtown’s 5th Avenue and 3rd Streets. Private drive and garage. Lovely backyard with electronic shade over dining area and propane bbq. Community pool steps away. Many golf courses in the area. Great price for a beautiful home and wonderful location! Child playpen, high chair and running stroller available. Minimum 30 day rental required by HOA.
