Country club style community built around a beautifully landscaped golf course. The golf course is challenging, and each hole has five tee box markers which can give each golf outing a different feel. This Mediterranean-style condominium is fully furnished with brand new furniture.

The Vasari Country Club complex located in Bonita Springs is a short drive to the beautiful public beach. It is also a short drive to Naples, and major shopping areas. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. However, Vasari has two restaurants on-site. These are not simply restaurants; one is a casual dining area, one a formal dining area. Both restaurants are decorated as you would expect an upscale country club would be.

On-site there are beautiful clay tennis courts, an impressive fitness center, a golf pro-shop, a golf driving range, and a main pool area. However, each condominium section also has a local pool that is in short walking distance. There are hot-tubs, showers, and barbeque sites in these areas. All pool areas are quality endeavours.

The unit has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and GE Appliances including a dishwasher. The unit is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, and one with a queen bed, plus den with a queen sleeper pullout bed. There are two full bathrooms.

The Matera application fee is paid by owners and the Vasari application is paid by the renter. The rental only comes with two memberships so if you have anymore than 2 adults, they would get the guest pricing for Golf instead of the owner pricing.
