I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The room and bathroom was really clean. Everything was working in the bathroom. Kitchenette was spotless. Bedsheets and blankets were fresh and bed was really comfortable. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I would be coming back to Deco city again on my next trip. Thankyou for making our stay memorable.

Would be a 3.5 star if we could. Great friendly and helpful. Daughter loved the pool. Location was great with supermarket around the corner. 2 Bdroom Unit (No5) had everything we needed. Only downside was the fridge freezer was old and didnt really keep things cold. Needed repair. We advised them of this on checkout. Otherwise it was fine for a 2 day stay.

The manager was very good. We had a few hiccups - the first room had an air conditioning problem and we were promptly moved to another room. They have only recently taken over the motel and are doing well.

Nice staff, spacious room and great spa bath. Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy and there was no conditioner in the bathroom. The bathroom door was covered in sellotape which wasn’t very nice.

We arrived early & our room was not ready but the very helpful manager quickly allocated us an alternative room so we could unload our luggage before going to a funeral, which was much appreciated. Although designated as a studio room it was really spacious, very clean & comfortable.

Prior to booking I read the reviews saying this place was clean ... uummm used face cloth hanging on shower head . rubish bin in kitchen not emptied. toilet seat not clean but had tag on saying was done. Otherwise was room clean. Enjoyed our stay in Napier
