Book this FLOATING BOAT HOUSE for an amazingly unique experience on Lake Cumberland! This beautifully decorated boathouse is a dream indeed! During your stay, enjoy the electric grill, water toys, exceptional view and the private back dock that allows you to pull your boat right up to the back door!



Why stay in a house or hotel when you could stay on the water and float? Whether a family vacation, long overdue girls' trip, or the next fishing tournament, Boat Dreamzz offers all the amenities of home and luxuries of lake life!



The Space:

This great little floating house is located at Lake Cumberland Marina North on beautiful Lake Cumberland where you will have direct access to many water activities.



You will receive a code to a lockbox that is on the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot followed by a gate with on-site security after hours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms/showers and plenty of parking along with boat trailer parking. You can even launch your boat at the dock and park in front of your Floathouzz!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.

No Pets Are Allowed on this Floathouzz. Contact us if you are looking for a Floathouzz that allows pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.

Amazing stay. The staff was available 24/7. The house was down a long dock, but staff members were always available to give you a ride on golf carts. Its a great experience with a boat, having everything right there with you. The manager made check in very smooth. All the houses had fun water toys included. The beds were very comfortable. The loft was a tight space but my grown children did just fine up there. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
