A beautiful, beach front, 3 bedroom, private holiday home – with warm, sparkling waters, spectacular snorkelling at your door step; nestled amongst lush, tropical gardens.
This is a side of Fiji most people don’t get to see!
Located on the beautiful island paradise of Nananu-i-ra, this superb beachfront residence is available for weekly rental to people who are searching for a unique Fijian holiday experience - just relaxing, exploring or a memorable family holiday.
The house itself sleeps up to 8 people and is of traditional Fijian design; comprising a living pavilion and a sleeping pavilion joined by 100m2 of covered decking and offering 180º panoramic views (west facing to capture the glorious Fijian sunsets).
Being on an island we generate our own power via solar panels and a generator for back up. We also collect our own water. Guests will need to conserve both power and water and monitor/manage the power system.
The house has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom and ensuite; Guest room; and bunk room. And living pavilion. Beds in Master and Guest bedroom are super king size. There are 2 double bunks in the bunk room. All rooms have fans and the house is designed to maximise airflow with screened louvres.
This is a new house with modern, spacious character bathrooms - tastefully tiled with maghogany floors. Ensuite has an additional outdoor private shower.
There are numerous beaches to explore, endless walking and local resorts nearby.
We are 2 hours interesting drive from Nadi through local villages and a 10 minute boat ride from the mainland.

Secluded Paradise, 10/10!
If your looking for a private amazing Villa then look no further. Incredible views from both sides of the house with amazing clear, blue water snorkeling at your front door. If your happy to make your own food and cocktails then this place is much better than any resort. You will get to experience the true Fijian experience thanks to the traditional style of the villa and amazing friendly locals. Do your shopping at the local Rakiraki markets and be privately escorted by the wonderful Toka who will transfer you to the villa from the mainland. Very relaxing and incredible place to stay, highly recommend. 10/10!

I don't want anyone to know about this place.
What a place. Stunning location with everything you will ever need for a true tropical getaway, and unlike the resorts you don't need to share it with anyone else. Chris made the whole experience an absolute joy, and everyone connected with this property, Toka, Sylvia and all the lovely people here made our holiday unforgettable.
Do yourself a favour and book this place, you won't regret it.
We spent every morning and afternoon kayaking, fishing and snorkelling the reef flats in the calm waters.

The best family holiday ever!!
We had a fantastic family holiday staying in this beautiful house, right by the beach on the most stunning island!!
Chris was really helpful giving us lots of good tips. He organized Sanju to pick us up in his van from Nadi & Toca to take us across to the island in his boat.
We ended up going fishing with Toca another day which was really fun.
We also went on a trip to a highland traditional village with Sanju. The village were so welcoming & it was really fun going down the rock slide. Sanju was great transporting us around the main island & helping us sort groceries.
Salia was so lovely & friendly. She came & cleaned made beds & did washing for us, making our stay so easy! She even invited us all to go to her brothers 21st birthday, where we spent a lovely day with her family & friends enjoying a beautiful Lomo meal.
We all loved spending time in the kayaks & snorkeling off the beach in front of the house. The beach was so safe & the kids absolutely loved it!!
Overall this was the best family holiday ever. None of us wanted to leave!!

Incredible authentic Fijian experience
Fantastic stay.
House is fabulous with a well thought thru design. Easy to get too, with warm welcoming families who look after the house. Excellent communication. We stayed with two teenage children, the perfect offgrid adventure to reconnect and recharge. True Tropical Paradise
Its difficult to Express how beautiful Nananu-i-ri is. This is the most amazing and well positioned home on the island. The home, Its beach and reef are a true tropical dream. It has amazing views and great breezes. The yard is a beautiful well maintained garden. All though there are other homes on the island it is really quiet and a fenceless island. Great for hiking and exploring with fruits and coconut abound. The owner was really helpful with travel arrangements and remained interested in our needs and comfort throughout our stay. The neighbors were very welcoming. We were invited to a wonderful Christmas celebration with some new Fajian friends and went out fishing with some another day. Ra divers from Volivoli resort on the main island picked me up every other morning on the beach in front of the house. Their dive operation was top notch. I could go on and on about diving and snorkeling in fiji but I'll just say the Bligh waters are world class. Although we mostly cooked for ourselves food and drinks at Volivoli were amazing the few times we ate over there. We can't wait to visit Fiji again the trip was a true laid back relaxing vacation. Thank you so much Chris for sharing your home. We hope you'll have us back again.

Absolutely stunning location, loved the big decks. The snorkelling was excellent right in front of house. Everything was perfect & Pae introduced us to the Kava drink. I can highly recommend this place for relaxation & experiencing the true Fiji culture.

Paradise Island
My husband and I and our 3 teenagers booked to stay at Chris' stunning house over the April school holidays. Chris was very helpful both prior to our arrival with any questions and while we were there he called to make sure everything was ok. The house has a fantastic flow, stunning views, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and is spacious and very clean thanks to lovely Pae and Lala who took excellent care of us all. We had the most amazing time, swimming, diving, snorkelling (amazing corals and fish just off shore in front of the house) and exploring the island and nearby RakiRaki. There was so much to do and it was easy to restock on supplies when needed and there are a few resorts nearby that we visited for a meal one day. We felt especially lucky for the amazing Island experience we had and were all sad to leave and say goodbye especially to Pae, Lala, Georgie, Alisa and Essa who were so welcoming and kind. Thank you Chris for a most memorable special holiday on Paradise Island. I would highly recommend this kind of Fiji experience over a resort stay.
