Three large bedrooms comprising two double & Two singles. Bathroom with shower recess, and bath. Separate toilet. Nice sunroom to take in the afternoon sun. Double lock up garage. BBQ, A/C. External Laundry. Great location being only a short walk to shops, beaches and restaurants.
