The property was clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Outer Banks and the location was perfect as it was close to stores and a short drive to the beach. We would stay here again.

Host was awesome, no issues at check in. clothes washer needs cleaned and a few window seals need fixed. place was spotless clean and just what we where looking for.

Great Place on the Sound

Great for a family vacation. We enjoyed having the dock immediately accessible to the sound for fishing, swimming, and the amazing sunset views.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Great views of the sound and we got some amazing sunsets. Photos do not do it justice and everything was provided for a nice stay. Communication was excellent and for a small issue with a bathroom, someone was able to answer and come out to address the problem right away.

Great view and neighborhood!

Great house to stay in with family, directly on the water. House was clean and stocked. Amanda at Coastal Carolina is amazing and helped with all our questions and concerns. Overall fun vacation.

Paradise

The house was beautiful, clean and close to everything. I would have bought it as my retirement home if I could afford it. The sound was steps away from the house and we caught crockers, spots and blue crabs every day. My son and daughter kayaked and tubed in the sound. I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. LOVED IT!!!!

Beautiful views but lacking amenities

We chose the property because we loved the proximity to the water. It definitely delivered on tgat - we enjoyed being on the decks and on the dock to enjoy the water. However, we chose it over a similar property with a pool because it advertised access to a neighborhood pool, but the neighborhood pool was closed the whole time with no explanation. We also were a bit disappointed in the lack of toilet paper (there was only one roll per bathroom and we had to go buy toilet paper), no hand soap in any bathrooms, no hairdryers, and a very limited supply of towels with no beach towels for use on the dock or hot tub. These are just things that have been uniformly provided at every other VRBO property we have stayed at. Lastly, aside from the master bathroom the bathrooms next to the other bedrooms were extremely small, something we didn’t know because there were no pictures of them on the listing.
