This well-equipped home is thoughtfully furnished and decorated with attention to detail, providing guests with that calming, "you're at the beach" feeling you've been looking for. Conveniently located at Milepost 17, Summer Rental provides the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being just a short drive away from grocery stores, shopping and dining. Best of all, the beach is less than 100 feet away using the public access across the street.
The spacious great room boasts vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, with an open-concept layout encouraging quality time spent together. When you're not eating out, a dining table for 12 and bar seating at the kitchen for six more allow everyone to enjoy meals together. A sun deck is located directly off the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living, offering a fantastic view of the ocean. The loft area provides a quiet and cozy space for reading, working, or simply relaxing.
Ideal for multiple or extended families, Summer Rental includes eight bedrooms, two of which provide ensuite bathrooms. Fun with the Family
Choosing the Summer Rental for our OBX vacation was a win! We had three families with teens and tweens, and the layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our group. The kitchen is stocked with so many thoughtful items; it was like being at home. For example, there are crock pots, blenders, pots for steaming seafood, numerous dishes, glasses, utensils, knives, coffee makers, and a waffle maker. The upper level is spacious and offers ample seating for eating meals, playing games, and socializing. When we were at the house, we enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, pool table, and yard games. Importantly, it is an easy walk across the street to beach access. We also like that the Summer Rental sits back from the two neighboring houses and that next to and behind it are trees and vegetation, which makes the setting feel more private. Staying at a comfortable and convenient property helped us have a happy and memorable family vacation.

Great house & location
This was a fantastic property close to Jennette's Pier and the house was in great condition. Clean and roomy - very comfortable. We only rented for a partial week, but will definitely rent again next trip!
