Semi oceanfront cottage located on west side of beach road. Pets welcome! Hop right on the beach with pedestrian crosswalk and the Small Street public access across the road. Convenient and easy! Exterior surveillance video camera of front entry is present. Great location in Nags Head to visit numerous nearby attractions. Relax on the outdoor covered porch, glimpse the ocean, and smell the salty breeze at this delightful old Nags Head beach cottage.

The owners may occupy the downstairs which is Isolated and separate on the ground floor. Other than that the entire house is for your use. Relax, enjoy, have fun.

Fabulous gem

This little flat was a fabulous find. Very close to the beach access, clean and so comfy, my family enjoyed every minute of our 4-day stay. Ben came right over when we had an issue with the screen door, even though it truly wasn't necessary. I Wish we could have stayed longer. The only very minor suggestion i would offer, is to include a bath mat in each bathroom.

This is a must stay location!

Overall the experience was wonderful and the property manager Ben was incredibly kind and responsive and addressed all our questions (first time Vrbo users) and needs. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Loved our stay at Papa Nicks

This was our second stay at Papa Nicks. The owners did a wonderful job on renovating the place since our last stay. Everything is light and bright! The kitchen is stocked with most everything. You may want to bring your own shot glass though 😉 It’s just a short jaunt to the beach and we were able to bring our dogs. Ben is absolutely awesome! He’s very responsive and most helpful. We look forward to making Papa Nick’s our annual place to stay when in OBX.

Loved our time at Papa Nicks!

We spent 2 weeks at Papa Nicks and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. It is very conveniently located to beach access and other activities. While yes, a little dated in some aspects, the beach cottage has been well maintained and loved. It has all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare a meal. And the fact that we could bring our dog made it even better. He even enjoyed his daily walks on the beach. Ben was exceptional as well. Very responsive and willing to go above and beyond. We would definitely recommend staying at Papa Nicks and do intend to stay there in the future.

Property is nice and in a nice location. Easy beach access and close to many restaurants, shopping and other activities. It is an older property with some updates.
