Wonderful and clean stay with a very responsive host. The location is perfect as it's a short walk to the beach, quiet, and safe. Would recommend and stay again.

Fishing trip

We’ve stayed here for years and always have a great time. Its a great location close to town and the beach and the Oregon inlet fishing center. Comfortably sleeps our group of 5 and check-in and checkout are always smooth and easy. Thanks for another great stay!

Very Nice and Clean house

House was very clean, well laid out and seemed recently renovated. Very close walk to the beach. Wish it has beach view but other than that, very nice house.

Although chilly we had the absolute best time. The house was beautiful, location perfect. And we never got our check in code but James was easy to reach and got it to us right away. Highly recommend this house!

Everything was excellent! Super clean! The hot tub was incredibly clean and easy to use! The beds were comfortable! Great location to restaurants & activities! Not too far from beach! We travel a lot and have high standards & we would definitely stay here again! Quit searching & just book it!

House was clean with great amenities. Great lawn space for corn hole, grill and very comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need and all new appliances. Great house!

Just what we needed

Super clean. Great location - short walk to the beach. Great layout - plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. Liked spending time on the porch in the morning and enjoying a pre-dinner beverage out there in the evening.

Great NEW beach house in ideal location

We loved our stay at RUM-D.C.A.! The house is very new and super clean. We loved the layout and the hot tub. The beds were comfy and all the amenities you were expect were there for our use. The location was great as well - close to the beach and a short trip to restaurants and other activities. We've stayed in lots of rentals houses around the U.S. and abroad, and this one tops the list for looks, amenities and cleanliness!

Girls Beach Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property met all of our expectations. It looks exactly as presented in the listing. It is clean and has ample kitchen supplies for cooking. We loved that it is located so close to the beach. As other reviews have mentioned stores/shops/restaurants are close by. James is so helpful and is very quick to respond. I would highly recommend booking this property beach
