PierView 208 is a newly renovated oceanfront condo offering stunning views of the Atlantic and a prime location just south of Jennette's Pier. Unpacking luggage and groceries will be a breeze using the building elevator. The living area leads out to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch the sunrise and listen to the sound of crashing waves. This oceanfront condominium provides guests with direct access to the beach, as well as a community pool. Family-friendly features include a kiddie pool and playground.

PierView Oceanfront Condos are situated at milepost 17 near Whalebone Junction, a unique location where you can easily head south towards Hatteras, over the bridge to Roanoke Island, or north to a variety of shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.

The view is spectacular, the inside is awesome, but they are doing renovations on the outside so it was noisy....okder building so the elevator did not work. Overall a great property and stay....i would book it again.

Stench coming from bedroom and bathroom

I’ve called the rental agency three times with no call back….it smells like vomit and urine throughout the unit, particularly in the first bedroom. It’s was so bad we couldn’t sleep. Yet no one cared about our horrible experience or has anyone offered a concession for our unacceptable experience. Very, very disappointed as we’ve stay here at least 6 times over the years. Will not return.

Great Condo

Quaint and cozy condo. The view is amazing! Perfect location for beach and all local restaurants and activities. The beautiful beach is just steps away and the outlet shops and giant tourist shop is within walking distance. Also there is a small grocery within walking distance for necessities. Very clean and comfortable beds and seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here and would definitely stay here again.
