Wake up and start your day saying Good Day Sunshine! This cheerful oceanside home is situated on a quiet street and a short walk down the street with no major roads to cross will bring you straight to the community beach walkway and the ocean. Good Day Sunshine is sure to be a favorite for a mellow vacation. Outside, the private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.) will be the ideal spot to catch some rays, take a refreshing dip or end the day relaxing in the hot tub on the mid-level deck. Gather with your family, friends, and your doggies in the sunny great room where there is comfy seating for movie time. The modern kitchen has everything the chef in the group will need to make those favorite meals and seating for meal time is available at the kitchen bar for three and the dining area seats eight easily. The top-level den is the perfect reading spot or a great place to play some favorite games. Hang out poolside at the tiki bar or enjoy a game of ping pong. With a king en suite, two queen bedrooms, and two kids' rooms, everyone will surely find their spot to retire after a fun and adventurous day on the OBX.

Exploring the OBX: Good Day Sunshine is centrally located in Nags Head so you can venture out to try some of our favorite local dining spots, unique shops, fishing piers and so many Outer Banks outdoor adventures.

Beach Access: Just a short walk away! Located at the end of Sea Spray Court, there is a raised wooden walkway that leads right to the beach.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. Collapsible pet crate for dogs up to 40lbs. provided.

*Village Beach Club amenities are not available for this home.* Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
