Another unique factor about this unit is that it is the other half of our duplex SN22L, so if you are looking to bring more friends/ family along to your unforgettable beach stay they can right next door for added fun and everlasting memories!

A second bedroom features a king bed, while another offers a fun mix of sleeping options with a twin-over-twin bunk and a queen bed, ideal for kids or additional sleeping. A full hall bathroom adds convenience for everyone.
Upstairs, the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with easy access to the deck for al fresco dining or sunset watching.
