This was a perfect spot for me alone but would have been way cozy for a couple. Bed is quite high so you need to be physically fit to get up into bed! Building was quiet and anyone I spoke to very friendly. It was quite windy so I didn’t get to experience any of the outside amenities! Would definitely stay again !

Very disappointed

This property was under construction, which was not disclosed at time of rental. The pool, store, game room and galley food and spirits were closed due to construction. As well as direct beach access. The ATM was broken. There was no ice in building and ice maker in room was broken. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper (one already used), 4 towels, 2 wash cloths,2 hand towels, one small garbage can with 2 bags. This was for 2 adults for 5 days. We were not told that we would have to pay for parking, I’ve never encountered this at a VRBO condo in the past. Though we had no car, our family that meant to day visit would’ve had to pay $20 to park. I did call the number provided for guest services, but was told they couldn’t do anything or even send more towels per our contract. They did suggest I use the laundry room to wash the towels. We are completely dissatisfied with the property and our stay. Not sure we will book through VRBO in the future.

Locked out on late arrival and no help by phone

Arrived at 8:30 p.m. Had to pay $20 to access the area. Walked with all my bags across the vast parking lot and up to the 9tth floor. The entry code didn't work on multiple tries, and it is the same lock I use at home. No one there could help with anything. No one answered their 800 help line after a 10 minute hold. Guards refused to return my entry fee and refused to give me the number of the person who could. Avoid this dump at all costs.
