SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The private bedroom is stylish and comfortable featuring a king-sized bed with plush duvet, lots of storage, large smart TV, and a peaceful retreat feel. Linens are provided.
The living room features a full-size Murphy bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, offering flexible sleeping arrangements AND sunrise views right from bed.

LIVING ROOM
The living area features beautiful direct ocean views, chaise sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and a dining table for four. The large window wall and balcony access create a bright, airy space perfect for relaxing, reading, working remotely, or enjoying meals with a view.

KITCHEN
The updated kitchen includes a stainless-steel refrigerator and full-size flat top range, microwave, granite countertops, and is equipped with essentials for preparing meals and snacks during your stay including drip and Keurig coffee makers with bowl filters provided, toaster, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, and utensils. It is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals, making snacks, or enjoying coffee and cocktails. We also provide a starter set of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, and a roll of paper towels.

BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a large jetted tub and shower combo, commode, and vanity located just outside the bathroom area. We provide a hair dryer and iron, along with a starter set of toilet paper, shampoo and soap.

BALCONY
The private balcony overlooks the Atlantic and is furnished with 2 chairs and small bistro set. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise, sip a drink, rest your eyes, enjoy the breeze, or simply take in the view.

RESORT AMENITIES
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, oceanfront lounging areas, sundecks, and direct beach access.

We provide two beach chairs guests are welcome to use.

PARKING
Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided in the small open parking lot directly in front of the resort as well as the parking garage located across the street. The parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet and is one of the more spacious garages in Myrtle Beach.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the condo, the private balcony, all resort amenities, the oceanfront lawn, elevators, and sundecks. The condo uses keyless entry. Access codes are provided on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Main resort entrances are step-free, although interior hallways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible.
The neighborhood
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is located at 2300 N. Ocean Blvd. in the heart of Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do — and eat — within walking distance. Starbucks, Hot Tomatoes, SOHO, Tin Roof, Donald’s, Harry’s, Sea Captain’s House, and bagel and ice cream shops and more are all a few blocks away. The Convention Center is less than a half mile walk, and the Boardwalk and SkyWheel (CCMF) are also close by and walking distance. We are about a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Getting around
This area is ideal for guests who love exploring on foot. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and popular attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Convention Center and CCMF within walking distance of the resort. Uber, Lyft, and E-bikes are widely available throughout Myrtle Beach. If you choose to bring a car, complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided.
