It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Vacation
Stayed at Cumberland Terrace for the first time at Kingston Plantation. LOVED THE CUMBERLAND TERRACE POOL. Very clean, relaxing and private. Perfect place to cool down from a day on the beach. The grounds were well taken care of and everyone was friendly. Quick drive to the beach with convenient parking and beach access.
Condo was comfortable and relaxing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Loved being so close to the pool. Place is well managed and safe. There is a little corner walk up ice cream place on the premises with delicious treats! Open from 6pm-11pm. I would definitely stay here again.
The DACK website wasn't very detailed. I would have preferred a book in the condo with information about what was close by, etc. That wouldn't stop us from renting again.

I hosted my family reunion here and it was outstanding. The only complaint I had was I had an early check in and after driving two hours was told I would have to wait three hours to get into the room.
