Simple, clean, and oceanfront with really personable and helpful staff. The only con to mention is that the room had that overwhelming perfumey smell to coverup cleaning solution, but it was tolerable once we let the room air out. Overall, I would recommend to anyone and plan to stay here again.

We thought this property was a great choice in this price range. It looked as if it had been newly renovated and was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We have no complaints except that we do wish there was free breakfast offered, but the lower price did compensate for this. We would stay here again and would rate this 4 1/2 stars.

We were warmly welcomed by Rochelle's infectious smile. The direct ocean view was beautiful. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with our dog. It was December, so we did not make use of the pool, but it looked nice from a distance.

The ocean is steps away from this affordable hotel and that’s the best reason to stay here. Rooms are comfortable and free parking is on site. Floors need scrubbing. Otherwise clean

Love the nostalgia of the old motel! We did encounter countless issues with our keycard not working. The room was very clean with perfect oceanfront views! The beds were rather hard and could definitely use a mattress topper. The tv remote was quirky having to press several different keys to get the channels to display. Needed instructions since not provided in room. The room door had a large gap when closed allowing cold air to stream into the room. Majority of staff were really nice and helpful! If I bring a mattress topper, I would definitely stay there again!
