The actual rental was a great size and very convenient as it was located in a hotel. The kitchen was poorly equipped and dishes/cookware was very dirty and old. Bed was comfy view was pretty. Hotel was noisy and dingy. It just needs cleaned better and some new kitchenware in the unit.

The property was in a good location and not a far walk from the boardwalk. The inside of the condo was a bit beat up with stains and scratches on the walls. The pull out couch had a horrible mattress and every spring could be felt so no one could sleep on it. I loved the small balcony and the washer and dryer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, which made things super convenient. I also appreciated how responsive the owner was. Anytime I had a question or concern, I emailed him and he got back to me quickly without any issues. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Our condo provided us with an excellent ocean view! It was on the 18th floor so if you have a fear of heights it may not be for you :-) It was clean and well maintained. The location of the building was perfect for us too. Close to local attractions and stores, while only 6mins from the airport and direct access to the beach. I would have no reservations at all about staying there again.
