New remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters and microwave. New remodeled bath with large walk-in shower and glass doors. Bottom unit of Abeachinhouse. Large deck in back with charcoal grill, table. Plenty of parking for four cars. It is a two bedrooms one full bath. Room 1 Queen. Room 2 set of tier bunk beds. Large sectional in family room with large 65-inch tv. Pub table seats 3, bar seats 3. Kitchen fully stocked. Beach across Waccamaw Dr and inlet/creek in rear. Please read the reviews from ABEACHINHOUSE which is the unit above sister property. Great location with area with no condo's or hotel's near so beach not very crowded. Fishing, golf, Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion and Aldi all close. Pet friendly with ADDITIONAL FEE PER PET! NO LINENS OR TOWELS PROVIDED.

This is my favorite place to stay when going to the beach. Close to everything without being in all the traffic and noise of Myrtle Beach. Beach access is literally straight across the road. Perfect place to stay for a week long get away. The owners are excellent to deal with!
