Prime location, located on the seven floor, next to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and beach, close to everything. Walk to entertainment, restaurants, shops and short drive to the Convention Center, Market Commons, Outlets, Broadway on the beach, airport, etc. Enjoy vacation at this 981 sq ft condo, fits for 7 with full kitchen and big laundry. Free WIFI, TV, on-site pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, grill, tennis court, basket court. Convenient self check-in/out with onsite support if needed. Parking pass for one car. No pet
Note the Hoa sticky monitor the number of people checking in the room. If you have more guest than the room capacity, a fine will be enforced and guests be evicted from the property immediately.

Simply Wonderful

My husband and I wanted a nice little vacation for our family and boy was this the perfect spot! We have kids ranging from 16 all the way down to 9 months. This location couldn’t have been better! The baby of the house loved the tiny pool, let’s face it the big kids did too! The rooms were VERY spacious and clean, also loved that my husband and I had our own bathroom as the kids did too. Would love to rent for future vacations!!

Awesome experience

Our stay was very pleasant. It was a very nice condo and very clean and ready to go. The host Janet was very kind and responded to messages in a very timely manner even late at night. She was amazing. It is very conveniently located near shops and great food. The pool was very nice and so was the hot tub. Will definitely be coming back to this place in the future.
