Welcome to this newer charming country home built in 2015! Need a little break from your busy life? This is it! A grand pond with dock, spacious and clear lot, A large screened front porch for your outdoor diner, entertainment and relaxation. Large master bed with double sinks and walk in closet. Beautiful furniture, unique decorations and brand new beds will make your stay super comfortable at our place. Close to TerraNova Equestrian Center, only 15 minutes away. 20 minutes to Shopping and grocery stores. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, UTC mall are also about 30 minutes away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Quiet country stay

Beautiful estate on 5 acres 12 miles from our destination in Sarasota.Has sense of personal touch with decor, kitchen delightfully set up, making cooking a breeze. Cookware is nonstick, which we don't use, but that's okay, we always bring our own.Top quality appliances.The 2 BR and Bathroom are on opposite sides of the house, allowing privacy for guests.Screen porch overlooking pond was perfect for morning Yoga and evening meals watching herons and other water birds. Beds and linens were very comfortable.Screen

Wonderful Experience

This VRBO was in close proximity to an outdoor family wedding we were attending from out of state. Everything was just the way it was advertised. Tony was great to communicate with, from my initial questions at booking all the way through the day we checked out. There was plenty of items you would hope to have when staying at a VRBO rather than a hotel (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets), etc… If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tony!!

Perfect Getaway

What an amazing GEM we happen to stumble upon. This charming home is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape from reality. The home was spotless, very comfortable, well stocked and planned for rentals. The evening stars were bright and the morning fog over the pond led to the most relaxing getaway.
