The gal that checked was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great stay. Only negative, and not huge was that the coffee/tea station in lobby could have used a good wipe down and tidying.

Facility is very nice, enjoyed the color accents and the brightness. Breakfast was good as alway, the thing that dissppoints me is Holiday has taken the coffee makers out of the rooms. (bad move!) I did have a manager who was very nice and offered to get a coffee make out of storage, which she did.

I requested a ground floor,accessible room and was on 4th floor non accessible room. Breakfast was the same everyday and milk was spoiled. The night clerk was wonderful though. She tries to accommodate our room request but there were no rooms available..

Great staff both at check in and check out, very nice, friendly, and professional. Good amenities, clean room, and average breakfast. The bedroom walls are paper thin and one can hear all the noises from the corridor. We woke up at 3am with shouting and kicking doors from adjacent rooms. Overall this hotel was good and we would return if we visit this town again.

Huge Room

The room must have been a handicap accessible because it was huge! All was well maintained except the television. We called the front desk, but it wasn't a problem they could resolve quickly, so it wasn't resolved. Squiggly lines on the picture and garbled voices. The room was great. Clean, comfortable.

We had the queen suite. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not properly cleaned before, had black curly hair on soap/shampoo. Also had some pink bacteria in tub. There wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa, called front desk about it, was told I had to go to the front desk to get it. Was told they didn't have a hot tub because they have a heated pool. It was not heated. It was cold. And it's a small pool. Had to go to front desk to get towels for the pool and they are very small. Maybe fit a small child. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine wasn't working. Had kids running around the floor above us until late then again early morning. Don't hold that against the hotel, they can't control that. Just maybe ask for top floor. It was offered but didn't think about hearing feet running
