Portofino I 1420 is an ocean front 4 bedroom home. Conveniently located in Garden City Beach, SC about 1 mile from the pier, food, amusements and more! With approximately 1800 square feet and accommodating 12, this home has 3 full baths, WIFI, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered and screened porches and it's small dog friendly! Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, wooded beach dune walkover and seasonally heated outdoor community pool! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

4 Bedrooms: 3 Up, 1 Down | 3 Baths: 2 Up, 1 Down | Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Double, 1 Set of Bunks Up; 1 King Down

Complex of 10 homes with community pool and landscaped common grounds. The pool will be heated starting April 1 through the last Saturday in May. In the fall the pool will only be heated the month of October, when temperature falls below 80 degrees. Pool heat is not maintained by Dunes Realty and no refunds will be given should the heater fail.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Perfect for the family

Great place to stay. They had everything we needed including beach chairs. The house was spacious and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The master beds were a bit hard. They management company made checking in and out super easy and were answered my questions right away.

View and beach proximity were great. The house really needs some TLC. Surface areas were cleaned properly but areas like the railings and sliding door jambs have not been maintained. Main floor bed needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable as the mattress "peaks" in the middle causing sleepers to roll to the edges or off the bed also causing sheets to not fit. Provided towels were very poor quality small and very rough. Carpet very worn. We enjoyed our stay - but would not rent this unit again
