Semi-Detached house located in front of the sea with sea view, on the beachfront of Muro Beach, Alcù:
Villa Joy situated in front of the sea in one of the best areas of the beach of muro, in the north of Mallorca.

The villa is distributed in two floors, the main floor is accessed by climbing the stairs, has a living room with access to the terrace and garden with lawn directly to the beach, equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of them with double bed of 1.35x1.90 and the third with double bed of 1.50x1.90, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite,

Accessing from inside by a spiral staircase, we find another living room with a solarium terrace to enjoy the sea views, and a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a garden, a barbecue and a laundry room.

Equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Wifi Internet with free-of-charge access.

This property is ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the sea in front of the beach.

The house is near the natural park of "S'Albufera", a natural park with marshes, dunes and which is of great ornithological and landscape value.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer

Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es muffelt etwas aus den Schränken .Ein paar bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten für die Terrasse wären wünschenswert. Die Vermittlung und Betreuung vor Ort waren dafür sehr nett, freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich sehr schön.

gute Doppelhaushälfte in extrem schöner Lage

Vorab soviel, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Lage: 1 Reihe am Strand, Blick von der Terrasse, der Küche und dem WZ auf Meer und Strand. Man geht nur durch das Eingangstörchen und ist sofort auf dem Weg zum Strand, 25 m am eigenen Grundstück entlang und man ist am Strand (ganz flacher Strand, kaum Brandung). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit ähnlichen Gebäuden, keine Betonburgen am Strand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand, die restlichen Räume eher zweckmäßig und ein bisschen altmodisch, jedoch ohne Mängel. Alles in allem kein Grund zur Klage, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würden das Objekt auch wieder mieten. Die Abwicklung vor Ort sowie Kommunikation war unkompliziert und effektiv, hierfür 5 Sterne!
