La estancia fue de apenas unas horas, por accidente del titular en la zona de lavandería, al caer por uno de los múltiples escalones que había en el entorno.

Buen alojamiento

La casa es bonita y tiene amplias dependencias. Todo está en condiciones óptimas. Hemos estado muy cómodos y hemos disfrutado mucho. El entorno es tranquilo y agradable. Buen sistema de climatizacion. Se han echado de menos disponer de más productos de limpieza sobre todo para las estancias medias y largas. Los accesorios de cocina bastante justos ( ollas y cacerolas ) pero muchos para barbacoa. En nuestra opinión deberían revisar el servicio de limpieza y realizar algunas reparaciones sobre todo en la zona de la piscina. Por lo demás, es un buen alojamiento para repetir.

Comodidad y tranquilidad

Bonita villa decorada con gusto para pasar unos días de vacaciones relajantes. Estancias amplias y cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. La zona de barbacoa y piscina es muy agradable. La urbanización muy tranquila y segura. Un poco apartada de todo pero Murcia a 15 minutos y Cartagena poco más de media hora. Una muy buena estancia.

Casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia

La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas, desde la barbacoa, la piscina muy grande, la TV con todas las cadenas internacionales hasta las habitaciones muy cómodas y el baño principal con hidromasaje. Los niños han estado muy a gusto y quieren repetir.

Fantastic villa, really spacious with everything we needed as a Pool kept lovely and clean, the pool was perfect for us with the shallow end and a 3 year old! Great location, walked to shop everyday and went to the clubhouse for food and drinks couple of times. Will definitely visit again.

Rest and relaxation

An excellent villa in a beautiful resort with a stunning golf course. Plenty to do if you so wish, with lots of places to visit but we preferred to chill in the villa with lots of lunches and drinks at the clubhouse. Thanks to Della and Neil for a fantastic stay!

Not as expected

Before booking this villa I asked the size of the pool. I was told, in writing, that it was 8m x 4m. It is actually 6.25m x 3.5m. It also has the shallowest shallow end I’ve ever come across, 0.7m. Too shallow to swim over and covering approximately 2 m then sloping to the deep end. This left me with about 3 x 3m to swim in. As a keen swimmer, had I been told this prior to booking I’d have not booked this villa. According to the description on VRBO there is a drive with space to park two cars. What they don’t say, and still don’t say, is probably only suitable for SUV’s as the curb height is approx.190mm. The owners knew we were driving and at no point did they tell us of this. When I complained they said it was caused by tree roots and had ‘only just happened’ most unlikely as tree root heave is a gradual process and in any case if they’re have told us at any time prior to our arrival we’d have come in my car not my husbands as he is very particular about his car and wanted it parked off the road. Another reason we’d have not booked the villa had we known. These two issues have spoilt our holiday. Especially as we had torrential rain and flood water pouring down the road and only just missing the car exhausts by a fraction. Any higher and the car engine would have been wrecked. Also gardeners cutting trees in front and behind car at 7.30am and children playing football, whilst the car should have been on the drive. This made by husband very stressed and unhappy.

Fantastisk Villa

Villan hade allt du kunde önska dig. Stora ytor, fina sovrum och en stor fin pool att njuta utav som var insynsskyddad. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och kommunikationen med ägarna var toppen. De var väldigt tillmötesgående. Kan varmt rekommendera

Fantastic stay

The villa is very comfortable and has all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication with Neil and Della was quick and easy. The clubhouse on site was very good and the shop was useful. Great outlook from the villa to the golf course. Easy access to Balsicas to catch trains to Murcia or Cartagena if you didn’t want to drive and some great promenades in easy reach for walks and cafe stops. Excellent!

A Home In The Sun

We had 2 fantastic weeks in Della and Neil's wonderful property. This was our second visit to Ell Valle Golf Resort and it didnt disappoint. The resort is so peaceful and relaxing. Della and Neil's property was perfect , it met our expectations and more. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. Communication was excellent from start to finish, we would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

Spacious villa with lovely view over golf course

Had a wonderful 12 night stay in this lovely spacious villa. Fantastic outdoor space - plenty of sun for most of the day. Lovely shaded dining area for those who want to escape from the direct sun. Pool was lovely. Complex very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again

Perfect Stay

The house is perfect, you do not miss anything. The pool is amazing. The location El Valle Golf is quite, very green and save. There is a supermarket and a restaurant. So it was a relaxed time for us, thanks also to the owners Della and Neil.

Lovely Villa

We were in Murcia for a wedding with our two boys 5 years and 9 weeks old. The villa is lovely and met all of our needs. We loved jumping in the pool every day. Della has been a super host and replied promptly to any messages.

El Valle Golf Resort Villa

We have just had a fabulous two weeks at this villa. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good pressure in the shower. The pool was a good size and regularly cleaned so always looked amazing. Wifi was great - I had no complaints about it from three teens who made more use of the WiFi than the pool! The shaded area to the sided of the villa offered respite from the sun to those in the family who do not like the heat as much as I do. As a family with three older teens the villa offered everyone the chance to do their own thing whilst also holidaying together. The gym was used frequently and Della kindly provided tennis rackets when I enquired on the off chance, so we were able to make use of the tennis courts. The resort is very quiet, which made it very relaxing. It is ideally placed between typical beach resorts and Murcia. This meant we could dip into the beach holiday and then back out as my family are not huge beach fans. The next day coud feel more like a city break - and there was plenty of good shopping in Murcia too although we didn't do as much as planned because we didn't want to leave the villa. All communication with Della was very easy. We had no problems with the villa but when a bird got trapped, Della got it sorted straight away. A small supermarket on site was very well stocked with fresh and convenient food, quite reasonably priced. We would definitely consider staying again as it was the most relaxed we have been on holiday.

60th Birthday and wedding anniversary celebration

Great property as described. Location good for us as we wanted somewhere quiet. Convenient for Murcia airport. Great restaurant on site very good food at reasonable price . Great little shop on site as well. Della is absolutely great host. Had a couple of queries during our stay which she answered straightaway and had to stay on an extra night due to flight cancellation which wasn't a problem. If we come again to this part of Spain will definitely re book here

Belle villa au calme.

Franchement la villa est très agréable, spacieuse, claire et dans un style andalou qui donne envie de prolonger son séjour. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Les propriétaires vous donnent tous les détails par email avec photos pour faciliter votre arrivée. Bref un séjour des plus agréable dans un resort sécurisé et très joli, nous étions entourés de fleurs, d'un étang avec plein d'oiseaux et un magnifique green. On a savouré le calme et la beauté du lieu. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons volonté. Merci!

Belle villa au bord du golf

Villa calme et spacieuse.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour La maison est très bien équipée : wifi, climatisation, électroménager...Les extérieurs ont été très bien pensés, coin repas ombragé, la température y est toujours agréable malgré la chaleur, belle piscine bien entretenue et place de parking protégée du soleil. Petite remarque, pour les personnes qui viennent en voiture de Murcie, il n’y a pas de panneaux pour indiquer la sortie vers le golf. Pour finir, nous la recommandons pour des vacances en famille.

Peaceful villa with everything required for a relaxing holiday.

Our experience at the villa was one of relaxation. The area was very quiet (we did go mid September) and easy to find. The villa had everything we needed and a bit more (inflatable pool seat was enjoyed by all and a couple of 'welcome' items in the fridge/freezer) and was clean. Both Della and Neil responded quickly to any enquires we had. The resort's restaurant was a bit of walk (25 mins) but that was not a problem and helped to walk off the meal which was we had on three occasions. There are 3 (that we saw) communal pools on the resort but we preferred to stay by own private pool. This was in sunshine for most of the day. You definitely need a car as it is fairly remote but only 15 mins by car to the nearest supermarket (Mercadona, there is also a Spar onsite) and about 20 mins to Murcia. Unfortunately we arrived during Spain's worst 'Gota Fria' for 100 years so we were unable to visit the coast although we did spend a day at Cartagena which is worth a visit along with Murcia. Overall despite the floods we enjoyed our stay at Della and Neil's villa and will be visiting again. Thank you Della & Neil.
