Villa on two levels with separate apartments, is located in a slight hilly position and is about two hundred meters from the sea. The apartment is on the superorore level and consists of a large living room with large solid wood table, LED TV and two sofa beds, kitchen with microwave, 2 double bedrooms and a third with two bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower more washing machine and a large panoramic veranda with barbecue. The apartment has all the necessary kitchenware, 1 parking space is available. The municipality applies a tourist tax of 1 £ per day per person which must be paid upon arrival exempt children up to 13 years and adults 71 and older as per municipal regulation Guests on arrival must sign the lease agreement tourist use and provide identity documents to comply with current regulations. Cleaning charges € 100 payable on arrival

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war wunderschön: Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Ausblicke aus Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Es führt ein schmaler Pfad direkt zum Meer. Giovanni ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt und die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich. Giovanni spricht nur italienisch, aber Dank Übersetzprogramm war dies überhaupt kein Problem. Wir komnen gerne wieder und sagen Giovanni und seiner Frau herzlichen Dank!

Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und komplett ausgestattet. ( Großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, uvm.)Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich.Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig.Man kann von der großen Terrasse einen wunderschönen Meerblick genießen.Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.Den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten über einen schmalen Fußweg.Ein Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter klappt dank Google Übersetzer hervorragend.Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Ideal für Badeurlaub

Das Haus liegt in etwa 250 m vom Strand entfernt in Hanglage und ist daher ideal, um zu Fuß zum wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand zu gelangen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hell, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Lediglich die Beschreibung auf der deutschen VRBO Seite ist unzulänglich, weil z.B. zwar die Kosten für die Endreinigung, nicht jedoch die Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche angegeben sind. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, leider jedoch sind zwei der drei Zimmer so geschaltet, dass immer beide Klimaanlagen laufen müssen, sonst funktioniert gar keine. Giovanni ( sonst ein netter Vermieter, der sich um alles kümmert ) konnte dieses Problem leider nicht lösen, das hat den Urlaub ein bisschen beeinträchtigt, zumal die Temperaturen nachts nicht unter 24 Grad fielen, und wenn die Bewohner eines der Schlafzimmer keine Klima wollten, hatte die Bewohner des anderen Zimmers Pech .... Aber ansonsten war alles sehr schön, und man kann das Haus durchaus weiterempfehlen ( schön wäre etwas mehr Transparenz bei den Angaben der Nebenkosten und die Reparatur der Klimaanlage ).

Traumhaftes Sardinien

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub an der Costa Rei Das Appartement war uns genau richtig (2 Erwachsene, 3 Teenager) Die Beschreibung stimmt mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort überein. Die traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse haben wir beim Frühstück oder Abendessen sehr genossen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und der große Kühl- und Gefrierschrank fantastisch. Der kurze Fußweg zum Strand war locker zu meistern. Am Strand war es super sauber, Meer einfach traumhaft und nicht überlaufen (Ende Juli) Obwohl Giovanni nur italienisch spricht (und wir leider nicht) war die Kommunikation einfach und unkompliziert (dank Translator-App) Wir können das Appartement zu 100% weiterempfehlen Robert mit Familie

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sagenhaften Ausblick. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sehr schöne und saubere Bäder. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit auch bei Dingen die nicht die Wohnung betreffen. Die Verständigung lief dank Google Übersetzer sehr gut. Sind am ersten Abend spontan mit uns in den Supermarkt gefahren da wir noch nicht mobil waren. Haben bei der Anmietung des Leihwagen sehr geholfen, Giovanni ( Vermieter) hat hier sehr viel Zeit investiert um uns hier zu helfen, hierfür nochmals „Grazie mille“ Können die Wohnung als auch die Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Wunderschön-Herrlich-Traumhaft-Atemberaubend

Mein Mann und ich (47J.) residieren mit unseren 6 Kindern plus großem Hund bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser tiptop sauberen Traumwohnung, die sich am Hang des Monte Nai in einer Stichstraße befindet. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Das 100 Quadratmeter große Appartement bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 davon mit Meerblick!), 2 Bädern (1 davon ebenfalls von der Dusche aus (!) mit Meerblick), großem Ess-/Wohnzimmer (wieder Meerblick!) und Küche sehr viel Platz. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet hinsichtlich Küchenutensilien, großem Kühlschrank, Schränken/Regalen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen/-brett, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Sonnenschirm. Die Matratzen sind 1a! Das Allerbeste ist aber die grandiose Terrasse inkl. sardischem Außengrill/Esstisch/Stühlen mit einer AUSSICHT auf Meer und Strand, die uns immer wieder aufs Neue schwelgen ließ. Oder wie eins unserer Kinder meinte: "Das Meer hat doch 6 verschiedene Türkistöne!" Auch der Morgen mit seinem Sonnenaufgang ist beeindruckend wie der Abend, wenn der Mond sich im Wasser spiegelt! Im Ort gibt es 2x/Woche einen großen Markt mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt, einen großen Supermarkt, kleinere Geschäfte, Gelaterien, Restaurants, Pizzerien (auch to go!). Runter zum Strand sind es 5-10 min Fußweg, der bereits von Kleinkindern problemlos bewältig werden kann und nochmals eine Augenweide darstellt! Viele andere Urlauber haben im Tal zwar näher am Meer, jedoch ohne Aussicht (!) geurlaubt. Empfehlen würde ich nicht die Anreise in der ersten Augusthälfte bis Ferragosto (Maria Himmelfahrt), sondern v.a. die Nebensaison, da man die kilometerlangen weißen Strände ganz für sich hat! Die Besitzer Giovanni und Antonella Pau haben uns aufs herzlichste Willkommen geheißen, sodass wir uns gleich familiär aufgenommen gefühlt haben. Fazit: Wer dieses Stückchen Paradies an der Costa Rei kennengelernt hat, möchte nirgendwo anders Urlaub machen!

Traumhafter Blick in entspannter Atmosphäre

Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Mit Hife des Google-Translators lässt sich die sprachliche Barriere gut überwinden, da die Vermieter kein Englisch sondern ausschließlich Italienisch gesprochen haben. Der Kühlschrank war zur Begrüßung mit ein paar Kaltgetränken gefüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Neben einem Kinderbett (mit Rausfallschutz) war auch adäquates Strand-Spielzeug vorhanden. Für die älteren Generationen gab es Sonnenschirme, die mit zum Strand genommen werden konnten.

Week end con vista sul bellissimo mare di Costa Rei

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa; molto grande, accogliente e provvisto di tutte le comodità. La posizione era ottima: permetteva una meravigliosa vista sul mare, che era raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, zentral gelegen, und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die wunserbare Costa Rei. In der Wohnung war alles nötige enthalten. Typische Ferienwohnung an der Costa Rei

Wir waren zum neunten Mal an der Costa Rei und haben schon etliche der dort angebotenen Ferienhäuser bewohnt. Dieses Ferienhaus besitzt eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Strand und auf das Mittelmeer. Vom Balkon, aus beiden Schlafstuben und sogar aus dem einen Badezimmer bekommt man einen bilderbuchhaften Meeresblick. Das sieht aus wie aus dem Katalog und entzückt jedes Herz! Die Einrichtung entspricht dem ortsüblichen Standard. Alles was man für seine Ferien benötigt, ist in diesem Haus vorhanden. Es gibt zwei vollständig eingerichtete Badezimmer, was an der Costa Rei eher selten zu finden ist; eine Klimaanlage fehlt allerdings. Wir waren insgesamt 4 erwachsene Personen und haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
