Täglicher Blick auf das Meer

Das Haus ist insgesamt ansprechend, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf das Meer ist sehr schön.Die Betten sind in Ordnung, die Küche mit Geschirrspüler funktional, die Waschmaschine ist alt aber funktioniert tadellos, ebenso die Klimaanlage.Der endlose Strand ist in 7- 10 Gehminuten problemlos erreichbar.Fussläufig gibt es drei Supermärkte, diverse Restaurants, eine Wäscherei und eine Bäckerei. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten

Geräumiges Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit allem was notwendig ist. Schöne Veranda mit Blick aufs Meer. Waschmaschine und Safe leider ohne Funktion, ein Mitarbeiter wollte sich drum kümmern hat sich dann aber nicht mehr gemeldet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Großen und Ganzen alles gut, würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Service déplorable. sur place, il faut appeler plusieurs fois le service d'urgence de l'agence pour qu'ils viennent ouvrir, même prévenus de votre arrivée. Plus de batterie ? vous restez dehors, ils ne se déplacent pas au rdv. Pas de check in, ouverture de la porte et repartent. Porte de douche inexistante, pas 1 éponge, pas 1 torchon, pas 1 produit d'entretien. En gros vous restez dans votre saleté durant votre séjour à moins de les acheter vous même. Dommage car maison très agréable.

gute Lage zum Strand

der Vermieter sollte für den geforderten Preis: 1. die Elektroanlage besser dimensionieren (bei gemeinsamen Betrieb von Klimaanlage, Dusche und Geschirrspüler ist die Sicherung überlastet, Sicherungskasten versteckt in der Straßenmauer), 2. die Ausstattung der Küche verbessern (die Geschirraussattung besteht z.T. aus ehemaligen Nutella-Gläsern und reicht trotzdem nicht für die max. Personenzahl !) und 3. den Schimmel an den Schlafzimmerwänden beseitigen (Beweisfotos können nachgereicht werden)
