The owners welcome you to this gite, classified furnished with 2-star tourism, located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, in a very quiet hamlet in the commune of Murat le Quaire, 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from Mont Golden.
The southern exposure, at an altitude of 1000 m, with an unobstructed view of the Dordogne valley and the Sancy massif guarantees you a real mountain landscape, with all the charms of the Massif Central.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
Description: Basement: entrance, cloakroom, lingerie (MAL)
Ground floor: dining room - living room - kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 with 1 bed 140), shower room, separate wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), wc.
TV, wi-fi.
This rental is ideal for accommodating 6 people in the best conditions.
You can ski nearby: Cross-country skiing at La Bourboule, Mont Dore, Tour d'Auvergne, Lake Guéry; downhill skiing at Mont Dore (connection with super Besse) and Chastreix Sancy, or go snowshoeing in Murat, La Bourboule or Mont Dore.
Le Mont Dore is also today an unmissable event for trail running, with 2 major organizations in January and September, and permanent marked circuits.
After these efforts, you will be able to benefit from the quality services of the aqualudic center of La Bourboule.
In summer, many possibilities for hiking and mountain biking from the house are offered. there are many visits to the region: Orcival, Guéry Lake, Saint Nectaire, Chambon, Murol, Vulcania, Puy de Dôme ...

Super séjour ! Maison calme et tres bien entretenue. Région tres agréable avec beaucoup de choses à voir et de belles promenades a faire. L'accès par le sous sol est un peu raide pour une personne âgée. Plus facile par l'extérieur. Une tablette pour poser gel douche dans la douche serait appreciable.

Bjr Bon emplacement à proximité des commerces et des sites qui font la réputation de l'Auvergne dans un cadre magnifique La maison est très bien équipée rien ne manque en particulier la cuisine très fonctionnelle, la maison est aussi très lumineuse on s'y sent de suite bien, le décor extérieur est superbe et il est des plus agréable de profiter de la terrasse située sur un vaste terrain.
