I arrived at the hotel from the airport rather late, a bit before midnight, looking forward to getting some rest during a layover. I did not get my room keys until 2:05 am, more than two hours later. The check-in computer system was apparently not working properly, but rather than check in the waiting guests manually (which only took a few minutes once the clerk finally accepted this was the way to go), the clerk just made all of the tired guests stand in the lobby for two hours. Well, at least I got a room in the end -- some of the waiting guests did not, but were only told this after two hours passed. Unacceptable, won't be staying here again.
