Oktoberfest information: From Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese/Main Station), take the S2 towards Petershausen or Altomünster to Karlsfeld. On Oktoberfest weekends, S-Bahn trains run late into the night, so returning around midnight is easy. From Karlsfeld station, you can take bus 160 to the "Gartenstraße" stop or a taxi. From the bus stop, it is only a short walk to the apartment.
