In winter, Munds Park transforms into a true Northern Arizona snow destination. Enjoy fresh snowfall, sledding nearby, snowy forest walks, and easy access to Arizona Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding. In warmer months, hike shaded trails in Coconino National Forest, explore Odell Lake, or take a quick drive into Downtown Flagstaff for breweries, restaurants, and events.

Munds Park is a unique mountain community with only a handful of charming restaurants and bars. Hours vary seasonally, so plan ahead.

The closest grocery store is in Flagstaff (approximately 20 minutes away). It is recommended that you bring groceries with you, as local dining options may not be open daily depending on the season.



Heating & Cooling

Central heat is guaranteed during winter months.



Pellet stove adds extra cozy ambiance but is not guaranteed due to its learning curve and occasional temperament.



A/C includes three window units installed from mid-to-late May through early September, weather permitting.

Cabin stairs are steep.



The lower portion of the back deck does not have a surrounding railing.



Showers have tub bases and may be slippery when wet.



Snow and rain can make outdoor and indoor surfaces slippery during winter conditions.
