Situated in the vibrant heart of Borivali, The Byke Delotel Hotel offers a prime location that is just a short walk from the local train station, making it convenient for travelers. However, my experience during my recent stay was mixed, with both positives and negatives that I feel compelled to share.
**Location and Accessibility**
The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strong points. Being close to the station makes it easily accessible for guests arriving from various parts of the city. Additionally, the surrounding area is bustling with dining options and local attractions, offering plenty of choices for meals and entertainment just steps away from the hotel.
**Room Issues**
I had booked a deluxe double room but was assigned a twin room upon check-in. This was disappointing, especially as I had specifically chosen the deluxe option for my stay. When I brought this up with the receptionist, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to address my concerns. The communication felt one-sided, and I left feeling unheard.
Another issue I encountered was the early check-in policy. I was surprised to find that I had to pay an additional fee for an early check-in, especially since the room was ready upon my arrival. In my experience, if a room is available, it should ideally be offered to the customer without extra charges. This added to my frustration with the overall service.
