Less than 1 km from the public boat ramp, and a short drive to the local clubs. Courtesy buses available for all the clubs.
At Loves Lakehouse you will enjoy your own private swimming pool and pool house , complete with shower, toilet, bbq, fridge, outside dining and fire pit.
Open plan living / dining kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and 8 seater dining setting.
Bedroom 1 has Queen bed and fan.
Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and fan.
Bedroom 3 has Queen bed and fan.
Bedroom 4 has Queen bed fan, ensuite with walk in shower and toilet.
Enjoy the beautiful gardens, and undercover entertaining area to the rear of the house.
Ample parking for boats and cars at the front and rear of the property via a large open laneway.
Evaporative cooling and heating throughout the house, and living area also has a reverse cycle.
