Disliked: Cleanliness
Lacking standards. Need to hire better cleaners.
The only thing this has is location, it's in a nice setting right on the Meakong. Other than that, it's very dirty,all around.
We booked the best "VIP" room, and was very disappointed, certainly not VIP clean, and very noisy, can hear everything that goes on next door and below.
The room was full of ants and lizards, we had to ask for it to be cleaned, very poor on arrival. I was absolutely disgusted with the bathroom,the windows, and dusty wardrobes and drawers.
Even then after cleaning,we was over run with ants,that even found their way into the fridge.
Seating outside is also dirty,table tops not washed, dusty and dirty. Main area of hotel, not only the room balcony.
Breakfast is very very limited, with,hotdog suasage, eggs or rice being your lot with some bread,1choice juice and coffee or tea.
Staff wasn't interactive, unless called upon
Was woken up every-day at 6am or earlier by the guest in room below, and next door, very noisy rooms.
In my opinion very overpriced for what you get here. Not worth the money I paid.
