Super-friendly people and very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast is good and plentiful, although the main road outside is very noisy and fume-filled thanks to 24/7 traffic. Take your ear-plugs and you won't be affected!

Nice little hotel. Reception closes at 4pm so if you need anything after that no one is avaliable on site. Also found it strange that there was a note not to use the elevator after 8pm due to lack of employees/safety. The ladies at the front were very helpfull with anything we needed. A 5 min walk to pompeii which was very nice.

Great little hotel near the ruins

The staff was great and really helpful. The location is 10 minutes walking distance from the pompei ruins. Can't complain about anything.

Served me well. 5 min walk to Pompei ruins. Room smells fresh, has home-feeling decorations, wifi, tv, all that. Lady at front desk is nice. Breakfast and dinner are available for a surcharge, but I didn't use due to my dietary restrictions (vegan). Balcony had view of Vesuvio. No issues. Recommeded.

Great Place to Stay!!

Very clean and VERY close to ruins! Just a 10 minute walk to main gate. Katerina, the hostess, made us feel very welcome. Room was very clean and comfortable, with A/C to beat the July heat. Great dinner and breakfast, too! Wifi worked great for us (sometimes rare in Italy). Rate is very reasonable for the location (if rate is high, there may be a special event going on in the area). No trouble parking. Train station very close, too. Seriously, no complaints.

DONT stay here, no one to fix any issues.

We had a problem with the AC in our room. The owner called a technician to look into the issue. He came and pressed a few buttons and got the blower to start but at a temperature of 30 deg Celcius (87 deg F) When we told thats not good enough he said thats the only temperature the AC will work in the month of MAY. It was the most ridiculous explanation. We tried to call the owner and they refused to answer our calls and there is no one at the property after 8pm. So after many calls to get the AC working/ or to get a new room, My husband being the engineer he is managed to get the AC working at 20 deg C. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as the customer service is horrible in this place. If everything works its a great place, but god forbid you run into any issues, you are expected to fix them yourselves or suffer in silence.
