Nestled on 6 aces of forested space, this beautiful retreat features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends. Enjoy the modern family room with a cozy electric fire place, smart TV, and sofa bed for extra guests or relax in the enchanting living room with wood stove and views of the great outdoors. The kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals or holiday feasts as well as BBQ tools for the outside grill and with amenities like WiFi, heating and laundry room, your stay will be tremendous.
In the summer you can start your hike from the front door and in the winter you can cross country ski from the same spot. If you seek a little more adventure, bring your ATVs and ride to the trails or drive minutes to the McCloud Falls.
Wether you choose to enjoy the outdoor entertaining area, work remote, hike through the property and beyond or stay snuggled on the couch with hot cocoa, our property is set up to experience the wonders of the Shasta wilderness and the comforts of home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This was a great property to stay at. Nice and quiet and away from all the craziness of civilization. It had everything we needed to cook meals and clean up afterward. My only issue was on the first morning there wasn't any hot water. I contacted the host and they got back to me quickly with an easy fix to the problem.

This place was well kept and beautiful in a private wooded area that is located close to so many beautiful sites! The property was clean and the house was very informative and helpful! We loved the wood stove.

Beautiful, a bit wild

The house itself is amazing - beautiful, clean, comfortable (for 4 adults + a dog), well-stocked, new functioning appliances. It's in a convenient location for some nice hikes and a quick drive to a grocery store and little shopping area. Our main issue was getting there. Google Maps didn't send us to the right place and the area is very rocky. Awful luck, maybe, but both we and the other couple staying with us popped a car tire here, so if you're staying when there's no snow on the ground, bring a vehicle you know can handle offroad driving. The owner was very apologetic when we let her know we had trouble and was otherwise communicative and friendly. Overall, a great place as long as you're prepared :)
