Independent T2 apartment in a house, for 4 people, on the old Rennes - Le Mont Saint Michel tourist route. 17 km from the historic center of Rennes, 50 km from Mont Saint Michel, and 67 km from the Cité Corsaire in Saint Malo, as well as 57 km from Dinan. You can also make beautiful walks or bike rides on the Ille et Rance canal 4 kms away. A large terrace outside in a park of 4000 m2 with a donkey. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large closet and a 140 x 190 cm bed, a folding slatted bed for a 5th person (preferably a child), a bathroom with shower and bathtub , and a separate toilet, kitchen / living room with appliances, crockery, TV and a convertible sofa bed. Wifi at your disposal. You can use the outdoor barbecue (plan to bring your charcoal)
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Mouazé

Gîte avec un bon potentiel mais certains aménagement/équipement sont vraiment fait de "bric et de broc" et de façon amateur (cela fait mal aux yeux d'un ancien du bâtiment). Des coordonnées téléphonique à disposition sur le site de réservation serait plus que souhaitable et éviterait d'avoir à solliciter la centrale. Accès à l'entrée (tassement du terrain ?) n'est franchement pas aisé et la "marche" en marbre ajoutée est scabreuse. Le couchage (lit principal) était correct, mais l'accès par le couloir est franchement étroit avec le lit à étage qui déborde dedans. Etre quasiment au calme en pleine nature tout en étant proche de la ville se révèle parfait. L'âne devait être parti en villégiature, nous ne l'avons même pas aperçu :-).

Casa bien situada, amplia y tranquila

La casa esta muy bien situada para conocer la zona desdel Mont Saint Michel a Rennes o Fogueres... Tiene un aseo y aparte un cuarto muy grande con ducha y bañera. Tiene persianas electricas. El televisor es grande y acepta USB con lo que puedes traer tus peliculas y series. Segun el numero de dias o el numero de personas quizas pueda quedar un poco corto el menaje. La propietaria vive en el piso de arriba. Dispones de tu propio parking y tu terraza y jardin.
